CCTV

We operate CCTV in our office for security purposes only. Recorded footage is kept for six months and is used only if security is compromised. Photographic evidence is reviewed by EmoAsia Travel employees and may be shared with security services as required by Vietnamese law.

Marketing

We may contact you with information about our products and services, based on your consent. You can opt out at any time. Each marketing communication will include an option to unsubscribe.

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

We retain records for as long as necessary to manage bookings and related services, as required by law. Your data will be stored securely for up to seven years after your departure date, after which it will be deleted. Passport information is kept safely in our office.

Definitions

• Bookings: Tour, trip, excursion, travel package, bus/train tickets, or any other travel services purchased or received.
• Gift Cards: The gift card purchased or received, including the accompanying code.
• Gift Card Code: The code provided at the point of sale for redemption.
• Remaining Gift Card Value: The unused portion of the gift card that can be redeemed on the website.

• 3rd Party: External platforms where EmoAsia Travel is advertised.

1. Gift Card Redemption and Exclusions

• 1.1 Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed for purchases on the website up to their value.
• 1.2 Exclusions:
  • The gift card cannot be used for cash redemption.
  • It cannot be used to purchase gift cards, airfares, insurance, or any non-featured products.
