Day 1 | Arrive Hanoi - Transfer only

Upon arrival at Hanoi’s International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your representative and transferred to your hotel. Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital is a unique city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental temples. You will have the rest of the day to unwind after your journey and explore your surroundings at leisure.

Day 2 | Hanoi - Ha Giang– Yen Minh town

Your journey begins at 6:00 AM when your guide picks you up from the hotel. You’ll start your drive towards the town of Yen Minh, with a stop to see the famous Ha Giang Lonely Tree. Next, you’ll reach Quan Ba, where you can enjoy the view from Heaven Gate. From here, you’ll see a beautiful valley below, with golden fields at the foot of the Co Tien Twin Mountains. The fields sway gently in the breeze, creating a peaceful scene that will make you want to stop and take in the amazing view.

Day 3 | Yenminh town - Tham Ma Pass - H'Mong King palace - Dong Van town

After breakfast, we will drive to Dong Van, passing through the beautiful Chin Khoanh Pass. The Dong Van Karst Plateau is a famous natural site in Vietnam, known for its stunning views. Along the way, you’ll see endless rice fields, countless limestone rocks, and breathtaking landscapes. You’ll also get a chance to see how local hill-tribe communities live and work the land. Before we reach Dong Van, we will stop at the Hmong King’s Palace in Sa Phin, the former home of the Vuong family. We’ll arrive in Dong Van in the late afternoon, just in time for a delicious dinner. In the evening, you can explore the town or relax before the next exciting day.

DAY 4 | Mapileng pass - Boat trip Nho Que river - Meovac - Caobang

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll leave Dong Van Town and head towards one of the most stunning parts of the journey—the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass, located along the Happiness Road that connects Dong Van and Meo Vac. This legendary pass is known for its dramatic cliffs and breathtaking views. Often called the “king” of all passes in Vietnam, it’s the most rugged and scenic route in the north, winding its way through the cliffs and reaching an altitude of 2,000 meters.

Next, you’ll enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Nho Que River, surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Caobang City. After checking into your hotel, you’ll have some time to relax and unwind after the long drive, enjoy your accommodation, and recharge for the exciting adventures still to come.

DAY 5 | Cao Bang - Ban Gioc Waterfall - Nguom Ngao Cave - Ba Be National Park

After a delicious local breakfast, get ready for an unforgettable day as you visit the breathtaking Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of the largest border waterfalls in the world, located between Vietnam and China. Along the way, stop at Phuoc Sen Village, where the Nung ethnic minority is renowned for their traditional knife-making craftsmanship. Explore the stunning Nguom Ngao Cave, famous for its impressive stalagmites and stalactites. Then, continue to Ban Gioc Falls and enjoy a peaceful boat ride, offering a unique perspective of the majestic waterfall.

Afterward, we’ll leave Cao Bang and head towards Ba Be National Park. We’ll arrive in the evening and settle in for an authentic experience at a Tay homestay. Overnight in a local homestay at Ba Be Lake (air-conditioned private room).

DAY 6 | Boat Trip to Explore Ba Be Lake - Hanoi

Begin your day with a refreshing breakfast, then immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of Ba Be Lake. Set off on a peaceful 3-hour boat ride around the lake, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Next, take a short walk through Cam Village, located along the banks of the Nang River, where you can learn about the traditional lifestyle of the locals. Continue your journey along the river to Puong Cave, a remarkable limestone cave known for its striking stalactites, stalagmites, and a colony of bats. Afterward, say goodbye to Ba Be as we make our way to Buoc Lom Wharf and begin the return journey to Hanoi.

DAY 7 | Hanoi departure

Our representative will pick you up from your hotel at the designated time. They will ensure that you have checked out and assist you with your luggage, making sure everything is properly loaded into the vehicle.

Our driver will then transfer you to Noibai Airport, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey. Along the way, you can enjoy the last glimpses of Hanoi’s vibrant streets and landmarks.
